Here is where the long-winded story about how I love chicken wings and how my parents lived in Amherst, and... you don't care.

Wing Sauce

A sauce to toss fried chicken wings in. Our variation. This recipe is scaled for about 2 dozen wings.

Prep Time: 3 Minutes

Total Time: 3 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 4 Tbps Frank'd Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Sriracha (or flavorful hot sauce of choice)
  • 1 dash (approx. 1/4 tsp.) White wine vinegar

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together. Salt to taste. (When using unsalted butter you will have more control over the salt level, but will need to add salt.)

Add to a large bowl. Add in desired food to be sauced (chicken wings, tenders, fried cauliflower) and toss.
